1. Enable continuous learning. Nothing is more important in terms of building sustainable, competitive advantage than almost being able to harness your skills. Something that corporations are seeing to a greater degree. 

2. Make knowledge sharing scalable. We are using digital tools more than ever and most learning does not happen through taking courses but rather through informal exchange between people. Making this happen builds learning culture and learning a lot more fun.

3. Focus on impact. Being able to apply your skills in your day to day work and also see the measured outcome drives engagement and also justifies the investments made in your learning initiatives. 

In summary it has never been more fun or exciting to work in Corporate Learning than currently.
